I have emphasized it multiple times on this blog about about a good design. I try to do my best in explaining myself, but can it get more creative then Poetic Prophet. He raps his way and explain everything well. I really like this guys rap. I am hoping that he sees my post and hopefully send me a cool rap version of Balkhis

I don’t know if you guys noticed the change in my Profiles list in the footer, but I have added Plurk in the list also. Well, this is a new version of twitter, but believe it or not it is much more addicting then twitter.
First of all, this is much more unique then twitter because of the time wall, and Karma. I am going to try it out and see how it is for a month and will traffic results. I got some good traffic from twitter, and I believe plurk will get me even more because right now, it is not as big as Twitter, so I will get more attention.
Right now it is a good time to build your Karma and rank really high on this. There are multiple ways of gaining Karma Point. Most Important, Be Active, Network with your friends, change things around.

In my opinion, Plurk is a good place to network. I think it will stay alive longer than twitter because of the innovative ways. When you will first go on, it will look weird and kind of different, but as you get used to of it, you will get a hang of it.

No Catch in this technique as claimed by John, but the technique itself is tricky because you can potentially be losing money as well. Now I want to know how well does this work?
Do you consider it a spammy technique because alot of other sites use this technique on a much larger scale.
Well, you know West Palm Beach is my home town and the local news paper is Palm Beach Post. I was asked to interview in the news paper by the editor for their Accent section. The interview was featured today, Tuesday 08, 2008. It is a pretty darn big review. First it is on homepage, then most of the accent homepage and then and extra page. A short version of the article is also online.
Yup Lucky me. Once the interview was published today, I got multiple emails and phone calls from various people and local businesses who wants Uzzz Productions to do their design. So you know I will be a bit busy supervising and doing some of the work.

Yes fellow webmasters in webmaster world this domain is surely making a buzz. Webmasters.org is for sale on Sitepoint. Believe it or not, but this domain is well worth the price.
Current bid is $36,000, yesterday Shoemoney wrote a post and it was only at $9,000, so it is a 4 times increase in 1 day.
This is a good domain in my opinion and it is very obvious why I think that. Potential to earn from this domain is way more than the current bid. I believe a good owner can get twice the return in one year. This domain is a pr 7 with a clean record.
Jeremy suggested that it can be a very good directory, and I think it can be a very good portal. Containing directory, webmaster forum, and webmaster tools.
I will say this domain can possibly fetch around $60,000 lets see how this one goes out.
