While we know that Google is cracking down on Paid links as they have penaltise multiple popular sites along with lowering the Pagerank of many sites. This actions send a message that we need to stop (Obvious Paid Linking), and go toward more of genuine links. Now my definition of genuine links is organic link which was linked because you had something interesting on your website. How the heck will you get something interesting? The process of getting links through the interesting topic of your website for free is called Link-baiting. This idea has been around for quiet some time, but it still works.

Not only just that, they will link to your website on other places such as Online Communities (Forums), their websites, blogs, etc. How will Google respond to that? or any other search engine? Their actions will be somewhat liks this:

User’s site link to yours because of good content -> Search Engine says user’s website is suggesting that your website is quality so they increase your authority -> This automated authority change in their database automatically changes the SERPs -> which leads in you ranking higher than you usually did.

Also this genuine linking directly increases your pagerank because more quality backlinks determines the pagerank of your website.

Now i hope that i have clarified what link-baiting is and how effective it is if used wisely. Now from here on i will explain how to use link-baiting to get genuine links.

Now some misunderstandings are natural, while others are done on purpose by scammers.

Someone might ask a professional designer to show them mock up designs with a deposit and then pretend not to like them and get the money back. That will give them ideas and they can hire someone cheaper and show them the screenshots and next thing is that they have a design just what you made with a little editions. Now even if you watermark the image, these people can still make a duplicate one, and own a psd. Now this is just one example, there are many. Maybe you have a store where you sell an intangible good, and once the advertisement is recieved, your advertiser does a chargeback. What can you do?

Well let me tell you one thing, most of the time with Paypal the dispute results doesn’t favor the seller, but there are ways you can make it turn in your favor. You need hard core evidence. How ? Well you need to make the deals that involves some third party. Therefore don’t ever use instant messengers because even if you save it no one will believe you because no one else can testify for you. I know MSN won’t come in and show their log for just one paypal case. It is good to talk to clients through instant messengers, but make sure you send a copy to their email address and say for instance:

You are going to pay me $600 to make a website. This will be 50% of the total payment and this will be paid before the work done, and only $300 is refundable. Do you agree in the email. If they say yes then you have record. If they say no then you better work things out.

Same with selling links and such online. I will use directory owners because i ran a directory before, and i have gotten many chargebacks but even as a seller i won all of them. How? I put a checkbox in my submission page, so when the user submit it requires them to fill the checkbox otherwise they can’t submit, and by checking that box they agree to the Terms of Service. Now if they want to read, they can otherwise it is their loss. So if you ever get into a case you can say well they clicked the box and agreed to the submission guidelines, or show screenshots of the email message and win the case.

Another good way is communicating through online forums, now these big webmaster forums like digitalpoint and other ones give you plenty of space to have a communication this way it goes to your pm box also it sends an email with the content, so you have two proofs.

Alot of people don’t fight the paypal dispute and just refund, if you really want these scammers to learn a lesson then fight the dispute because the worst they are going to do is take the money from you and refund him. You were going to do that anyways.

I spent a good deal of time reading Happar’s Website before i wrote this review because there is so much to cover about this script, and i didn’t want my readers to miss anything.

Happar is a custom script that is extremely user friendly and targets starters. With their very easy to use admin panel it seems like that making an adsense site would be a matter of few clicks. Experts at Happar has already configured the script to be adsense ready (or should i say any other ads not just adsense, including but not limited to adbrite, bidvertiser etc). Along with the configuration of adsense they have also optimized the script for adsense and search engine. The one key thing that many new users struggle with. Ranking high in search engines and getting the search engine traffic. Happar claims to be doing that and it is proven through the beta testers and their testimonials, I haven’t got a chance to try it as it is not released so i cannot give my personal opinion on that. But i am eagerly waiting for it to be released.

Since all we can do is imagine, i would say think of wordpress, but more advanced and much more user friendly. All plugins installed. It comes with many different templates that users can go through and change it which is a good thing, though i dont think i like any of the ones i was sent in the screen shot (which i will post at the end of the post as a gallery). But you have to understand my design standards are very high because i am a designer myself and i can see the possibilities. The good part about is that the design is generating from css file that can be edited easily. So if you know a little about coding and using this script you can make a fortune.

Now what does Happar Include. They have a product called Monetization Engine (M.E) which is basically behind all the good stuff i discussed above. It is open to possibilities, and that is one of the features i am loving from the demos and videos i saw that this script is very flexible. M.E also contains a Search Portal that allows long-tailed keywords to turn into relevant content driven pages (that cotains automated content) and increase your chances of getting traffic. There is a testimonial about this feature on their blog by one of the beta tester who saw excellent results by that feature because he recieved tons of SE traffic.

Along with the automated content, M.E also lets their user add contents manually. Now using the White Hat methods in M.E you can add relevant music, videos, or any other external file to every keyword. The site grows as the users search, because when a user search a database it adds that keyword and get relevant content. (Now i would consider this to be Black Hat but on their website page it is listed under whitehat.) Now how easy it is to install. Well just take a ftp program and upload it. It is that simple.

Risks as one testimonial discussed that their first beta version actually got his sites delisted, but the second one got it back and ranked very high so i would presume that they have made serious changes in the new update.

This script incorporates Youtube Videos, Flickr images in one click, that is what i love about their admin panel ofcourse i watched it in a video, and you can watch it as well.

Now if they visit and like your website, you can get another bookmark and that person’s friend will see your link as well. So in reality while it is building you a few backlinks, it is getting you crazy amount of traffic. Now many of these companies are offering advertising services as well. I am a big fan of stumbleupon as the promotion there really converts into results. It is a similar concept to adsense, and you can read more about advertising with stumble upon here.

Now here is another way you can do this. Get some people to bookmark your site. No i am not saying pay for those services that give you 500 stumbleupons. Most of them don’t work, but actually put a contest like i’ll pay this amount per bookmark you add my site in, and then pay adequately. Now say if you get 20 people to bookmark your site in about 100 or so sites that works like a charm. You get backlinks and from there you can see the bookmark count increases by itself as time goes because people who has bookmarked it now their friends have added you also, and their friend’s friends has added you also. This way you can generate some good traffic by just paying those 20 people and keep the content updated with your blog or your website which you were doing regardless.
