Balkhis - Vision For Success

New Work Stations for Balkhis

Hah, well you know my Previous Vaio was doing well, but I couldn’t resist the Father’s Day Sale. My Old Sony Vaio VGN-FE770G was getting quiet old, so I thought it is a good time to upgrade. So on the father’s day sale, I went and bought my self a Toshiba, and bought my sister Sameen a Sony Vaio. First I bought Sameen’s Vaio, and then went to buy my toshiba, but turned out I was spending too much, so my Bank put a hold on my card thinking it was stolen. I had the computer on the counter, and I couldn’t check out due to the bank issue. So I had to call them, and get the hold uplifted. But I think my laptop was well worth the price. I am now installing all softwares and slowly migrating to the new one. Old one will now be used more as a desktop (Just sitting)…

Well without any further talk check out my Toshiba

New Look for Balkhis – Colorful wordpress theme

Well I am sure many of you have noticed that I have updated the theme for Balkhis to more of a magazine style. I tried to make it lively, colorful and simple. Well in the process of making this theme, I myself learnt about a few plugins and such.

I uploaded this theme this morning and it has been over 10 hours. I have tried to do all different sort of testings, and it has worked out fine. I will be adding more features soon as time progresses. In the meantime, I would like to ask my users for suggestions and feedback.

You guys are valuable to me because you read this blog. How do you like the blog? What do you think I missed out? Your general feedback.

I will be updating pages like advertising, and making money online soon. New ones are going to be added, and I will try to make it more colorful as well.

I will be adding more themes in our wordpress collection. There are some secrets coming as well. I am sure some people will like it as not everyone can afford a custom design.

Keep up and please reply with your comments. If you find any bugs feel free to report those as well.

Camping in Olympic State Park

This is the last post about my Seattle Trip, so I will round this trip up with the Camping Part, but before I go on with the post, I want to thank my aunt and uncle for showing me the beautiful place. I will definately be back to ski in the winter time. Alright fellas, when you think of camping, usually the first figure comes to mind is tents, fire, wild place, animals, no technology and such. Well this is more civilized camping. The Olympic State Park actually have spaces for tents, or R/Vs. My uncle owns a R/V which gave us fun of both worlds. We had heater, beds, dvd player, kitchen and everything that you want in the modern world, and we get to see the outside and hike which connects you to the nature.

This R/V had 2 full bed and 1 queen bed, bathroom, refrigerator, kitchen area, tv and all the good stuff. Also this place had a 3.5 mile hike and about a 2 mile hike. My uncle couldn’t walk alot therefore we went on a 2 mile hike. We did start a fire one night and I enjoyed every single bit of it.

Check out the pictures below.

Trip to Olympic Mountains in Washington

Alright this is one of the other aventures that I did while I was in Washington State. I visited Olympic Mountains. I have never seen mountains fill with snow, so this was first time in my life. It was pretty cool except for the fact that my ears were popping while the altitude was increasing. This place had a pretty nice museum. The mountains were filled with trees and it was like a jungle where you can find black tailed deer, cougar, bear and many other animals. I saw a deer and before I could take a picture, it ran away. The guide there said “I have never seen a Cougar here in 35 years that I have been here, but I am sure they have seen me”. These animals really dont like to come out in front of people, so they are not out during the daytime. Although that one deer did. On the way to this mountains, I got some great shots which I think I can use in my future designs :P I saw ice melting from the mountain, so there were temporary waterfalls all over the place.

Even though a picture speaks a thousand word, I think a video gives more insight and shows more excitement. Watch the video and check out the cool time I had.

Now I am getting ready to head over to Adtech Miami
