Balkhis Sweet Monday Link Love – 4/27/09
Hey Balkhis Users,
Life is about to calm down here. Only one more exam to go which is Thursday then I have a week off. I am taking Summer classes at UF, so they will start soon after. Weather here in Florida was really nice this week. I went to Lake Wauburg to swim and boating, and I really enjoyed it.
Recently I was having alot of troubles with Balkhis comments and having alot of genuine comments go in the spam box. I have fixed the problem for the most part. If your comment does not show up email me right away using the contact form. Or the fastest way would be follow me on twitter, and just hit @syedbalkhi and send me a message. But for the most part, the problem is fixed now.
For the most part, the blog is doing well and so are my other projects. I am hoping to launch them as soon as I can, so I can get to the free themes for you guys. Well thats enough about me, lets see what was going on Balkhis for the past week:

Hey, I am Syed Balkhi, The guy who is behind Balkhis Inc. I entered the industry back in 2002 not knowing a single thing. I barely spoke English at that time. In the past six years, my language barrier has been eliminated. Aside from English, now I also speak html, and php. Along with the languages I have also managed to master a few arts. Art of web-designing started when I first entered. Messing around with photoshop, I learned how to create my first web design. Now I founded a web designing firm Uzzz Productions. After running numerous amount of websites in various niche, I have mastered the art of web-development. Now I am compiling a resource of what I already know, and what I am learning on this blog. This resource is to help me if I ever need a guide to look back to, and it is help my fellow webmasters.
It must be nice to have nice weather, here in Nebraska the weather has been crazy in the 80s one week and this week it is going to be in the 50s. However I’m in the same boat with getting done with school, but I’m not taking summer classes I took too many of them (pass 3 summers) to get done with college in four years.
Since you live in Nebraska did you apply to Shoemoney’s internship offer. I am sure you will learn alot from Jeremy and his team.
