Pimp My Blog Updates for May 2008
Well it is that time of the month where I tell you guys if you haven’t subscribed to Balkhis via email your best bet is that you should. Because you will be entered in the drawing to be the lucky winner of the Pimp My Blog Contest. This time I will announce the winner during the first week of June. The reason I won’t announce it on the first of June because I believe we are planning to go on a camping trip in Seattle, and there is no wireless in the jungle, so I don’t think that will be possible on the first day of June, but definately within the first 5 – 7 days. But the cut off point will be May 31st as I will conduct the drawing on the night of May 31st.
Just a review for those who don’t know what Pimp My Blog is. This is a traditional contest that is held at Balkhis every month where one of my email subscriber to this blog recieves a customized wordpress theme for their blog. The blog will contain a link back to my contest page with a cool Pimped Logo.

Hey, I am Syed Balkhi, The guy who is behind Balkhis Inc. I entered the industry back in 2002 not knowing a single thing. I barely spoke English at that time. In the past six years, my language barrier has been eliminated. Aside from English, now I also speak html, and php. Along with the languages I have also managed to master a few arts. Art of web-designing started when I first entered. Messing around with photoshop, I learned how to create my first web design. Now I founded a web designing firm Uzzz Productions. After running numerous amount of websites in various niche, I have mastered the art of web-development. Now I am compiling a resource of what I already know, and what I am learning on this blog. This resource is to help me if I ever need a guide to look back to, and it is help my fellow webmasters.

As I stated in previous post that the winner is guru and his site is already pimped. I am waiting on him to upload the new design.
