Tip Sunday University of Florida vs. LSU
So as I mentioned to you guys that I was going to the NCAA Football game last night where my school University of Florida played Louisiana State University. Well the game was suppose to start at 8, but they open the gate 90 minutes before. So me and couple friends were in the stadium about 80 minutes before the kick off. This was my first time going to a gator game because until last year I had no interest in this.
Well now my seats were all the way up top to get a clear view of everything. There were 90,000+ Fans attending the game last night. Obviously UF Gators won woot. The final score was 51-21.
If you have been to any of the college football games, you should know parking is a big pain. Well here in UF Parking is a big pain in the ass during the game. If you ride the bus, they charge you $8, and they move slower then I can walk. Well my apartment is about 2.9 miles away from the stadium. But I didn’t walk all the way. I drove and park my car in front of my friend’s dorm who lives about 1.5 miles away from the stadium. Then we all walked from there. Hey atleast I didn’t walk the whole trip.
Anyways, I got the whistle, air horn and all that but found out that I can’t take those in the stadium eh. Lame…. But any who, I got myself a new gator shirt, Face paint and the cap.

I’m not in America so I know very little about your football, but 90k fans for a college game sound pretty impressive.
$8 is such a rip off for a bus trip – when we catch the bus to the football here in Western Australia it costs us nothing and we travel about 15 – 20 kms to the stadium.
When you get interested in a game it really grips you and there is nothing like the feeling you get watching it live with so many thousands of people!
Syed – didn’t anyone else come to the game? You’re looking a little lonely in that bleacher pic. Did you forget the deoderant before the game?
