It sounds great but I would rather just be happy with my hosts 99.99% uptime and leave it at that – I don’t have enough large sites for this and there’s not much I can do about downtime anyway.

You could also strive to add a critical comment or two about the service just do you don’t look like you are just pimpin for money, even if you are!
I was having issues with wp-affiliate last night because it added about 25 of the links linking to the same keyword. So I removed them thinking they were all the same. Apparently not. So that issue is fixed.
And, you don’t have to enter critical comment in everything. As I find things wrong with this service, I will mention it.

I started monitoring my server shortly after the last PR update. It is a long story, but I built a new server and had it installed at the IP House, which is an local ISP where I live. My admin, didn’t get some of the DNS setup correctly for one of my web directories and it got de-index by Google for about three weeks before that last pagerank update.
My admin, kept telling me that there wasn’t any problems, so I had to get a second opinion and got back to my admin and finally got the problem fixed.
I didn’t gain PR and didn’t lose it either, but the whole deal was very stressful. I learned something, I now monitor the service with a very professional service and some far, I have had zero down-time.
I will have to check this service out and compare it to what I currently have.

Its good for someone who generates a lot of traffic and income through their blog or website. I think its a great service though and the text alert is definitely a major plus for the younger generation because I know that would get my attention. Great review by the way!
Sounds cool. Too bad it’s not free. I think this service is advisable for those blogs which are getting thousand of traffic per day, as you said.

I get this kind of notifications from domaintools(dot)com but I never signed up with them… Anyway their notifications are good cuz sometimes I really forgot to check all my domains on a regular basis.
