I hope you guys had a good mothers day yesterday and did not forget to do something special for your mother. I had a relatively slow week this last week. I went to one meet up with south florida bloggers, out of 9 who RSVPed only 4 showed up. It was cool. I might go to the Wordpress meetup in South Florida coming this Wednesday in Ft. Lauderdale.

This is the first week of May and school is over. I was going to take Summer A classes, but I am not taking it anymore instead I will take Summer B which will start on June 29th. Good News, I am taking a vacation. I am going to Pakistan again I will be looking for guest posts, if you are interested than contact me using the contact form or twitter.

Did I just say twitter. Yeah I did, and I said it a few times this week. I even made a category for twitter. Twitter has sent me tons of traffic, I will release my report soon which I am sure you will enjoy because it have some juicy numbers that I was able to accomplish in the past week. Life is about to calm down here. Only one more exam to go which is Thursday then I have a week off. I am taking Summer classes at UF, so they will start soon after. Weather here in Florida was really nice this week. I went to Lake Wauburg to swim and boating, and I really enjoyed it.

Recently I was having alot of troubles with Balkhis comments and having alot of genuine comments go in the spam box. I have fixed the problem for the most part. If your comment does not show up email me right away using the contact form. Or the fastest way would be follow me on twitter, and just hit @syedbalkhi and send me a message. But for the most part, the problem is fixed now.

For the most part, the blog is doing well and so are my other projects. I am hoping to launch them as soon as I can, so I can get to the free themes for you guys. Well thats enough about me, lets see what was going on Balkhis for the past week:

Alright this past week alot have been going on. I was very active on Balkhis as well as I was very active in the web community. I am putting my hands in just about everywhere. So what is going on in my life. Well this coming week is exam week, so I had to pre-plan all the posts for this week. Stressed out about that. I have also started updating my twitter more frequently, so if you are on twitter than check out my twitter profile. Hopefully by the end of April or early May, I will be starting another blog, so keep your eyes open for that.

Well those are the reads above which I enjoyed this week. I will be working my ass off for the next month to make all projects possible and get you guys a new theme hopefully. I am not playing basketball for atleast like a month in a team because doctors said I have inflammation in my left foot which might become severe tendonitis if I don’t take care of it.

Another week coming to an end. This week I got banned from digg. Woo that was fun because I found out that they just ban about anyone who they really think. They confused me with someone else. Anyways, I have decided that I will give them a call. I got a number of the person incharge at digg from a source that shall not be identified. I will update you guys what happens when I talk to this person at digg. Aside from that the exciting thing that happened this week was that I upgraded to WP 2.7. If you want to know why I didn’t for so long you can read in this post. Tomorrow I will be posting about what changed my mind. Another exciting thing that happened this week was my revenue boosted. And I will also post about that tomorrow, so keep your eyes open.
