Nope, most of these people are designers and they do them their self. Although some of them do pay others to do it for them. While some companies do these for free to get exposure for their brand

Very cool designs. I must agree that a lot of these designs would be considered the top 50. But I do disagree on some of them. As more people rush to twitter I think we are going to see a lot of new and innovative designs.
