We all know that the first impression is everything. Do you know how your website make a good first impression? It is by the good design. An excellent layout. That is what gives your website a good first impression. But you can never keep up with technology on your own. New technologies are coming out every day, so in order to keep the competitive edge, and know the future trends, you must read design magazines.
In every business, the entrepreneur must be updated with the market. Online business is no different. You need to know what is going around the web. It does take a lot of time to find a good magazine. Sometimes you might not even find a good magazine. Well here is a list that you can start from:

Hey, I am Syed Balkhi, The guy who is behind Balkhis Inc. I entered the industry back in 2002 not knowing a single thing. I barely spoke English at that time. I think the design aspect of websites has been underlooked as of late; the phrase ‘content is king’ has basically won over the design aspects of websites.
Nevertheless, you cannot beat a greatly designed website – thats my view anyway.
I think I like smashing Magazine the best. It just has loads of great content.

I did not know that there were so many! I have been following the Ajaxian on and off but have not yet gathered enough energy to do anything with my site.
