Hey, I am Syed Balkhi, The guy who is behind Balkhis Inc. I entered the industry back in 2002 not knowing a single thing. I barely spoke English at that time. In the past six years, my language barrier has been eliminated. Aside from English, now I also speak html, and php. Along with the languages I have also managed to master a few arts. Art of web-designing started when I first entered. Messing around with photoshop, I learned how to create my first web design. Now I founded a web designing firm Uzzz Productions. After running numerous amount of websites in various niche, I have mastered the art of web-development. Now I am compiling a resource of what I already know, and what I am learning on this blog. This resource is to help me if I ever need a guide to look back to, and it is help my fellow webmasters.

I just use SIFR: http://www.mikeindustries.com/blog/sifr/
It uses flash and loads your font from a URL.
Yes Wesley that is the one that I will write about when I have my own live example.
Great solution if you also made some coding for users without flash.
thanks for the list..
Will be helpful for my future designing projects.
Happy New Year.
Thank you. This is very useful information.
Let me know when you are done customizing the design of your new wordpress theme. I would like to take a look at it and give you some feedback on it.
I would love to check out your new theme too. Hope to get some good inspiration there.
Ben
It looks clean and neat now. Hope you could add the top commentators widget too.
I have already commented on this post Syed, so, I shall start off the new year with a big wish for a happy new year and best wishes for a peaceful and prosperous one for you.
This is a handy little list to have. Sometimes we might want to use an elaborate or unusual font to make a point but we don’t realize many of our readers won’t see it like that.
I think it is time this list to be widen by w3, because it is very old and short. Something universal has to be made.
thanks for the list, I always have a hell of a time working with IE. Firefox and Safari are a breeze, but IE gives me headaches.
Although those are pretty less, but I usually prefer making an image for a font that is not normally in computers, else I use verdana or Georgia! They look pretty formal for normal text.
