Congrats for the new design. It really looks great and it can’t compare with the old version.
The only thing i miss is hover effect on the top menu, but as i can see you intentionally didn’t add much hover effects on any of links…

What ever you are saying is good. By re-design the website may be it affect good on customer. As professional development company, re design should be necessary because to get back your repeated customer.
