		<description>same applies for all publishers outside of the US and Japan. What was even more disgusting is that even if someone from the US signs up under your referral, you wouldn't get paid for it just because you aren't located in the US or Japan

		<description>Being that my adsense performance has been SLOWLY increasing, I am very upset about this change.  Mainly because DoubleClick is so hard to satisfy when it comes to blogs. Google should have given us more notice.</description>
