Yes fellow webmasters in webmaster world this domain is surely making a buzz. Webmasters.org is for sale on Sitepoint. Believe it or not, but this domain is well worth the price.
Current bid is $36,000, yesterday Shoemoney wrote a post and it was only at $9,000, so it is a 4 times increase in 1 day.
This is a good domain in my opinion and it is very obvious why I think that. Potential to earn from this domain is way more than the current bid. I believe a good owner can get twice the return in one year. This domain is a pr 7 with a clean record.
Jeremy suggested that it can be a very good directory, and I think it can be a very good portal. Containing directory, webmaster forum, and webmaster tools.
I will say this domain can possibly fetch around $60,000 lets see how this one goes out.

As it just has PR, and revenue is not that much..
One more factor is that it is a single(plural) word domain name..
Anyways offer of $40k would be the best for it, those who bid more than that would just be taking some risk, in my view!
I wouldn’t agree with that because it is a very popular keyword in the webmaster industry.
That domain could be developed into a great webmasters forums. With the right management it could be very big.

Last time I checked it was 39k. I beleieve the highest bidder retracted or something.
That is a pretty crazy amount if you ask me. And I thought that .org and .net domain names weren’t that important.
not true. They are just not as valuable as .com.
If webmasters.com was for sale the price would be in six figures.
